Shipping Policy
We fulfill orders within 24 hours of it being placed through the website. If an order is placed after 2pm on Saturday, it will ship out on the following Monday. Flat Rate $3 First Class 3 day USPS shipping is offered for all products within the United States, with the following exceptions listed below. We cannot guarantee your order will arrive on a specific day regardless of shipping option selected. Once it leaves our store it may be subject to shipping delays by the carrier. 2-day shipping is available at checkout and is calculated by address and total weight of order. Due to individual state regulations, we are unable to ship any products to the following states: Idaho, Iowa, Nebraska, and North Dakota. We also cannot ship any edible CBD products to the following states: Maine, New York, North Carolina, and Ohio. We cannot ship Delta 8 products to the following states: Alaska, Arizona, Arkansas, Colorado, Delaware, Idaho, Iowa, Kentucky, Mississippi, Montana, New York, North Dakota, Rhode Island, Utah, and Vermont. All shipping options other than First Class 3 Day USPS will be subject to charge. We apologize for the inconvenience, but must be diligent in following all state laws. Refund Policy
A refund or exchange may be made on any product as long as it has not left the store. Once a product has left the store, it is no longer eligible for a refund as we cannot verify product storage conditions. If an incorrect item is shipped to the customer: a refund, exchange, or product replacement will be processed.
Delivery Policy
Any orders placed during business hours will be delivered that same day, after our business hours have ended (eg: if we close at 6:30pm, your order will be delivered after this time). If your order is placed after business hours, your order will be delivered the following day, after normal business hours (eg: if you place your order at 9pm on Thursday, your order will be delivered Friday, after normal business hours).
